Lista builds every cabinet from the same family of components, so almost any part can be replaced without replacing the cabinet. These are the ones we quote most often. The most common Lista "part" request is a key, and the fix is almost never a key. Every replacement lock core ships with its own new keys and swaps in about ten minutes, and it is the only way back in when every key is gone. Every part quote starts with the model. The label is inside the top drawer or on the back of the housing; if it is gone, the housing dimensions and the drawer front tell us what it is. A photo of the front with a tape measure across it is enough for us in most cases.
Usually. Lista has kept the drawer, slide, and lock interfaces consistent for decades, so parts for cabinets that are 20 or 30 years old are normally still available; a few older colors and drawer fronts are quoted case by case. Tell us the cabinet model and the approximate age, or send a photo of the drawer and the part that failed, and we confirm the current part number before quoting.
Look for the label on the inside of the top drawer or on the back of the housing. If the label is gone, the housing height, width, and drawer front style identify it; our guide to identifying a Lista cabinet walks through it, and a photo of the front with a tape measure is usually enough for us.
Yes. Lista drawers come out of the housing without tools: extend the drawer, release the two captive clips on the rails, and lift it up and out, as shown in our drawer removal guide. The slides are then accessible on the drawer and the housing. Send the model number and we quote the correct slide pair, usually within one business day.
