The two parts that turn a Lista drawer into small-parts storage: red plastic boxes in ten sizes, and aluminum dividers in 48 sizes. Every size and delivered price on one page, plus how to lay out a drawer and how many to order. Free shipping to the contiguous 48.
Lista's red plastic boxes drop into any Lista drawer, stack, and mix freely. They are sized in a 3 inch grid so any combination tiles the drawer without gaps. Prices are per box, delivered.

Aluminum dividers slot into the drawer sidewalls and into slotted partitions to build a fixed compartment grid. Two numbers define a divider: its height, which must match the drawer, and its length in Lista units.
| Divider height | Fits drawer | Lengths stocked |
|---|---|---|
| D75 (2″) | 75 mm drawer | 3 to 18 units (1.87″ to 11.91″) |
| D100 (3″) | 100 mm drawer | 3 to 18 units (1.87″ to 11.91″) |
| D150 (4.9″) | 150 mm drawer | 6 to 18 units (3.88″ to 11.91″) |
| D200 (6.9″) | 200 mm drawer | 6 to 18 units (3.88″ to 11.91″) |
| D250 (8.9″) | 250 mm drawer | 9 to 18 units (5.88″ to 11.91″) |
| D300 (10.8″) | 300 mm drawer | 9 to 18 units (5.88″ to 11.91″) |
Dividers run $1.01 to $10.40 each depending on size and include the fasteners for fixing them to the drawer bottom. All 48 combinations are on the drawer dividers page.
Three patterns cover almost every drawer we have spec'd. Loose-parts grid: dividers and partitions build the compartments and parts sit on the drawer floor; highest density for fasteners, fittings, and small machined parts. Box grid: the same grid, but each compartment holds a plastic box, so the box travels to the bench with the parts; right for kits, sub-assemblies, and shared tooling. Mixed: half loose-parts for high-turnover items, half boxes for kits. Shallow 75 mm and 100 mm drawers take boxes; deeper drawers are usually dividers only.
Not sure what fits? Send the cabinet model, the drawer heights, and a rough list of what goes in each drawer to hello@deltaindustrialstorage.com and we come back with a parts list and a count, usually within one business day. Cannot find the model? Here is how to identify a Lista cabinet.
Ten box sizes, from the PB-1 (3 by 3 by 1 inch) up to the PB-9 (6 by 6 by 3 inch) and the narrow PB-24 (2 by 4 by 2 inch). All are red plastic, stackable, and sized to the Lista 75 mm and 100 mm drawer heights. Two of them, the PB-8 and PB-24, accept a snap-in divider that splits the box in half.
It depends on the housing width, the drawer height, and the box size. Boxes sit in a 3 inch grid, so a standard 28 inch Lista drawer takes dozens of the small boxes and a 40 inch HS drawer roughly half again as many; the exact count for each drawer style is on the Lista technical chart, and most customers order 30 to 150 boxes to fill out one drawer. Send us the cabinet model and what goes in the drawer and we will send back an exact count.
Dividers are aluminum strips that slot into the drawer sidewalls and partitions to build a fixed compartment grid; parts sit on the drawer floor. Plastic boxes drop into that grid, or straight into an empty drawer, as removable containers that travel to the bench. Most drawers use both: dividers for high-turnover loose parts, boxes for kits and shared parts.
Match the divider height to the drawer height. A 75 mm (2 inch) drawer takes D75 dividers, a 100 mm (3 inch) drawer takes D100, and so on up to D300 for a 300 mm (10.8 inch) drawer. Then pick the length in Lista units, from 3 units (1.87 inches) to 18 units (11.91 inches), to span the compartment you want.
Plastic boxes run from $1.92 to $8.00 each and aluminum dividers from $1.01 to $10.40 each, delivered, with free shipping to the contiguous 48 states. A full drawer layout of dividers and boxes is typically under $200.
