Lista does not sell direct. Every new Lista cabinet in the country was bought through a dealer, which makes "which dealer" a real question rather than a formality. Here is what actually differs between them, and where we land on each.
What being authorized does and does not mean
Authorization means the product is genuine, it ships from the factory, and it carries the manufacturer's warranty. That is the floor, and every authorized dealer clears it. It is not a differentiator, and any dealer implying otherwise is selling you the baseline.
What actually varies between dealers is everything after the word authorized: whether you can see a price without a phone call, whether anyone will help you configure a room, how fast a quote comes back, and whether they will still take your call two years later when you need one drawer divider.
How we are different
Prices are published
Almost every Lista page online ends in a quote request. Ours end in a price. Every cabinet, workbench, and accessory we stock shows a delivered price with freight included, no account, no phone call. You can see the whole stocked range with dimensions and drawer counts on the dimensions page.
We do this because gated pricing wastes the buyer's time and ours, and because a buyer who can see the number can do their own comparison. If you find a lower delivered price from another authorized Lista dealer on the same configuration, we will match it.
You can spec a room before you buy
The cabinet configurator prices a configuration live: housing, drawer stack, dividers, keying, color. The layout planner places configured cabinets and benches into a scaled floor plan, so a tool crib or a work cell can be documented and priced before a purchase order exists. Engineering and facilities teams generally want the drawing before they want the quote, and most dealers cannot produce one.
We sell single parts to strangers
A meaningful share of what we ship is one lock core to someone who bought a used cabinet at an auction and has no keys. That is not a loss leader, it is the business working as intended: lock cores and locks, replacement parts, and dividers and bins are all available in ones, with no requirement that you bought the cabinet from us.
We will tell you when to buy something else
We publish a comparison of Lista against Vidmar, Rousseau, and Lyon built only from what each manufacturer publishes, with blank cells where Lista publishes nothing. We also sell Vidmar, through our sister brand Echo Industrial Source, so when Vidmar is the better fit we can say so and still help you.
Based in Texas, on site when it helps
Delta is in Round Rock, just north of Austin, and ships to all 48 contiguous states with freight included. For Texas shops there is one more thing on offer: we come to you. Laying out a tool crib, a bench run, or an assembly cell is easier with a tape measure in the room than with a drawing in an email, so for projects in Austin, San Antonio, Houston, Dallas and Fort Worth, and the launch and aerospace sites around the state, we will walk the floor, measure, and bring the layout back in the planner to scale before anything is ordered. No charge for the visit on a project of any size; tell us where the shop is and what it does.

Anything outside the stocked range is a full-catalog configuration we quote per order, usually back to you within one business day.
How buying works
- Price it or ask. Stocked items show delivered prices. For anything configured, send the spec and we quote it.
- Order. Credit card, purchase order, or Net-30 for qualified accounts. Formal quotes and procurement documentation on request.
- Build. The cabinet is built at the Lista factory. Quick-ship stocked configurations move fastest; made-to-order configurations take longer, and we tell you which you are buying before you commit.
- Delivery. Ships factory direct, freight included to the contiguous 48. Freight is a real cost on steel cabinets and it is already in the number you see.

Common questions
Who are authorized Lista dealers?
Lista sells through a network of authorized dealers rather than direct from the factory. An authorized dealer can quote and order genuine Lista product, has it shipped factory direct, and is backed by the manufacturer's warranty. Delta Industrial Storage is one of them.
How do I know a Lista dealer is actually authorized?
Ask. An authorized dealer will say so plainly and can produce their authorization on request. The warning signs are a seller who describes product as Lista style, one who cannot tell you where the cabinet ships from, or one selling used product as new.
Do all Lista dealers charge the same price?
No. There is no public price list, and dealers set their own delivered pricing. Freight on a loaded steel cabinet is significant, so the number that matters is the delivered price, not the list price.
Can I buy Lista cabinets directly from the factory?
No. Every route to a new Lista cabinet goes through an authorized dealer. The dealer configures, prices, and stands behind the order; the factory builds and ships it.
Do you sell parts if I did not buy the cabinet from you?
Yes. Most of the lock cores and parts we sell go to people who bought their cabinets somewhere else, often secondhand. You do not need to have been a customer.
Do you handle purchase orders and government buyers?
Yes. We support formal quotes, purchase orders, and Net-30 terms for qualified accounts, and prepare documentation suitable for procurement and government buyers.
