Paste a Lista part number, or any part of one, and see what it is. This searches 462 stocked part numbers across 25 cabinet models. Partial numbers work: type HS13 to see every HS13 cabinet, or KABB to see every keyed-alike bright blue variant.
Type at least two characters.
How a Lista part number is built
Stocked part numbers follow one pattern. Take HS13-0803A-FTKABB apart:
| Segment | Example | What it is |
|---|---|---|
| Series | HS | Sets the footprint. HS wide, SC deep, ST standard mobile, MP compact mobile. |
| Housing | 13 | Sets the height. Larger number, taller cabinet. |
| Drawer config | 0803 | First pair is the drawer count, so 08 is eight drawers. Second pair is which layout of those drawers, which changes the compartment count. |
| Base | FT | FT is a fork-truck base on a stationary cabinet. MB is a mobile base on casters. |
| Lock | KA | KA keyed alike, MA master keyed, RG keyed different. |
| Color | BB | BB bright blue, CB classic blue, LG light gray. |
The practical use of this: the first half is the cabinet and the second half is how it was ordered. Two cabinets with the same model and different endings are the same physical cabinet in a different color or lock. That matters when you are matching an existing fleet, because you want the model to match and you may deliberately want the lock code to match too.
Dimensions and compartment counts for every model are on the dimensions page.
If your number does not look like this
Older cabinets used different schemes entirely. If the number on your label does not fit the pattern above, it is not a current model, and these will help:
- Old Lista Xpress part numbers, decoded
- What Lista cabinet do I have
- Buying a used Lista cabinet, which covers which parts are still available for older generations
Lock cores are the one part that crosses most generations, which is why a cabinet with no keys is usually the easy problem: lock cores and locks.
Common questions
How do I read a Lista part number?
A stocked Lista part number reads as model, then base, then lock, then color. In HS13-0803A-FTKABB: HS13-0803 is the cabinet model, FT is a fork-truck base, KA is keyed alike, and BB is bright blue. Change the last six characters and you have the same cabinet in a different base, lock, or color.
What do KA, MA and RG mean on a Lista part number?
They are the lock options. KA is keyed alike, so every cabinet ordered that way opens with the same key. MA is master keyed, so each cabinet has its own key and a master opens them all. RG is keyed different, where each cabinet has its own unique key.
What do BB, CB and LG mean?
Colors. BB is bright blue, CB is classic blue, and LG is light gray. They are the three standard colors on stocked cabinets.
What is the difference between FT and MB in a Lista part number?
The base. FT is a fork-truck base, used on stationary cabinets so they can be lifted and moved by forklift. MB is a mobile base, meaning the cabinet rides on casters.
My part number is not in this lookup. What now?
This index covers what we stock for quick ship. Full-catalog configurations and older generations are not in it. Send us the number and we will tell you what it is and whether it can still be ordered.
How do I find the part number on my cabinet?
Look for a printed label inside the top drawer or on the back of the housing. If your number does not match the pattern here, it is likely an older generation, and the old Lista Xpress part number guide covers that scheme.
Have a number this lookup does not recognize? Send it to us with a photo of the label and we will tell you what it is.
