The interchangeable core alone, for rekeying a Lista cabinet you still have a key for. Push the old core out with the core release tool, push this one in, and the cabinet is on the new key with no disassembly. Random key: this core gets its own unique key, so the cabinet is on a key nobody else holds. Ships with its keys.
This is the part for keyed cabinets. If every key is gone, the lock has to come out through the retainer channel instead, and the complete replacement lock assembly (IC-CYL-RG) is the right part.
